If a government of the people and under law means anything, it must mean that the government cannot kill its people in secret and then avoid legal scrutiny by disavowing responsibility.

Come now, we live in a Constitution-free zone in most of Washington; likely we are not entitled to comment on stuff like killing folks we drones.
I keep doing it, but likely I am not entitled. Lucky for me I don't give a good damn about what 'they' think I am entitled to do or not.
